Doesn’t work
Had Androids App work great with. But new Apple 13 I can’t due anything, doesn’t match the sky to find moms star! Deleted it due to waste of time!
Wont work on my iPhone 12.
Downloaded app on a few other phones including iPad and works fine. But on my phone it wont work. phone Is up to date so I’m confused.I’ve deleted the app. I’ve restarted my phone and nothing.

Just bought a star for my goddaughter and the app does not seem to be working at all. Please work out the bugs ASAP!
Can’t Find Star
Paid for a star, but can’t find it on the app. The arrows direct you to the general area, but with millions of stars in space, if doesn’t point out which one you paid to “name”. Pretty disappointed.
The app is terrible
You cannot locate the star you named, by name - you have to remember a sixteen digit code. The app is incredibly hard to use. Overpriced and not worth the trouble.
Disappointed
App is not user friendly. What do the arrows mean? Did I miss the tutorial. Typed in my info but had trouble finding my star.
