Made sure to follow the instructions by the manufacturer, and nothing happens..

Thanks for writing. Based on your description, you certainly seem to have a counterfeit product. If the product doesn't respond to the app then it doesn't contain a valid microchip and if the manufacturer says that it should, you can use common sense to safely assume you have a fake product.Stay Chiefin!

Confusing but found the solution guys
If you notice your iPhone should have a white strip (antenna) on top right corner it’s actually on the side corner so just tilt your phone. Basically just have your top right corner top of the phone the logo!¡¡APP IS SHUTDOWN!!

Thanks for your review. If the app kept crashing, how were you able to see the “100% Authentic” message? It seems that you are in possession of an authentic product by a participating brand. However, the intentions behind your review are, at best, questionable.love the qr code

Can’t tell if it works. Wouldn’t recommend.
This app isn’t user friendly. The instructions are to hold the top rear of your phone near the QR code. I did that and nothing else happened. It didn’t say real or fake. They keep commenting under people’s reviews to follow the instructions and the instructions are super simple.
They are implying that if it doesn’t work then it might be counterfeit but the app is supposed to tell you whether or not it is counterfeit.
This app didn’t do the job it was supposed to do. This was very frustrating. I followed the directions and the app didn’t move to the next step.
It was almost as if the app just froze and couldn’t process the QR.
I checked my camera to see if the QR reader was working and my camera picks up the QR, the app just doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do.
You guys are trying to make this product more marketable by providing a verification tool, but the verification tool does not work all the time.
Even if the product is counterfeit the app should do it’s job and let the user know. This is a half baked app, only works part of the time. I shouldn’t have to assume my product is counterfeit, the app should do its job.Show lessunsatisfied730

So all you gotta do is put your camera at whatever box/ logo is ON THE BOX/ container it came in so if u see that the logo feels different it’s cause there’s a chip or something it’s pretty coolyungplauge
