  • Bad app

Okay so first I want to say this. This app is pretty bad like it said how much have you walked I walked a lot today and it said I walked 0 seconds today even tho I walked 2 hours today. So this app doesn’t give you the actual amount of how much you’ve walked standed and other stuff so in my opinion this app isn’t good at all I wish it gave you the actual amount of how many stuff you did but it doesn’t do it so I guess if we wanna do that then we have to do it in a Apple Watch, or maybe even a iPhone but definitely not a iPad I’m not sure if it will work on any iPad it will only work on only either iPhone or Apple Watch. But yeah that’s my opinion on this app pretty bad!
  • customer Support

I tried to get Customer Support numerous times and sent four emails and no one ever responds. It’s a good app but you’re on your own. there is no way to get Customer Support.
  • Bought for $5.99 now want me to buy again for $15

Bought the app originally for $5.99 now they took away my premium and want me to buy again for $15. “Lifetime” I guess only means 1 year and then they scam you again
  • Accurate App

This app is great. It’s very accurate as I’ve downloaded another app just for day to day, week to week and month to month as the health app is pretty accurate. I recommend downloading this free app.

  • Maybe Tech needs to step back and smell the coffee.

This app as well as others seem to have a mind of there own. Today after finishing a walk of less than a mile I see that to my surprise I’m now listed as having the premium health app. I certainly did not subscribe to it although I have been continuously badgered to upgrade and I have been equally resistant to not fall for their marketing ploys. This technology has become more intrusive in our lives every day and the user community continues to pay the price. Is your life really any easier or has your anxiety and aggravation only increased due to the “Smart People”? Sorry for the rant of an older voice, but I can’t imagine I am alone. Must admit there’s a lot to love about tech in general, when it works, but too many issues that are never worked through before introducing the next new and improved version. The industry is going to end up “ killing the golden goose” if they continue in the current direction. And AI…seriously?
  • Incomplete activity account

This app doesn’t count my activity correctly. No one of my age walks around with their phone all day, we can just sit off phone down and forget all about it.

    Developer Response

Hello, Health Stats uses the data available in the Apple Health app on your iPhone. Make sure this data is recorded correctly, otherwise it's impossible for Health Stats to accurately represent this data. Best regards Sven
  • What happened to Apple Health?

I have the Apple health app on my iPhone. I’ve had it for years and it works great! Why isn’t the same app available for my iPad.
This app does nothing for me. I thought it would be able to sync with the real Apple health app.😡
  • Waste of $$$$ and no response to my questions.

Sad to say this was a waste of money and support did nothing. David
