Awesome App to. Monitor Health
I got to say that I do not do many reviews. I download a lot of free apps when they are on AppAdvice. But I wanted to look over some of the health apps to see which ones give me a larger amount of information. This app is truly really great. It causes a Heart Analyzer, but there is many different Things to measure with the heart. You have your HRV, heart rate, resting heart rate, blood oxygen levels.. And this app gives you all of those and it graphs them. At the end of the month, it will actually make a report for you.. It has a wealth of information that you can see for yourself to monitor how you are doing. But also, the report would be excellent to take to your doctor. So you can show him how you are doing. What makes us actually great too is that it works along with your watch. Which makes sense, because you would not be able to get those values unless you watch is quitting them throughout the day and while you’re sleeping. If you’re wanting an app that will truly give you information to show you how well your heart is doing, you need not look any further. You truly won’t be disappointed. Like I said, I got this app through app for free. I don’t care if someone gives it to me three or if they pay me to look at it, my review will be based on what I truly feel of the app. And about its functionality.
