Great concept | love it
Just started with the app but love the concept. Everything is in one place, I.e. journal, goals, learning & courses, plus the daily fire. Have been using it for 2 weeks now and plan to continue and get into it. Have tried many things before and already have a journaling habit. I’m not trying to sell anything, I am just sharing my personal vouch on what I believe is the best app I have ever used. If there is one app that really helped me grow as a person, next to the Bible app, this would be it hands down.

Best Personal Development Tool I Have Ever Used
I have used a lot of books, audio programs and tools over my life but this has to be the best and most complete so far. If ever I feel like I have lost my motivation first thing in the morning, I listen to the daily fire audio from Brendon and that immediately gears me up to use the journal prompts and planner. There is a great video course on habits in the standard program and challenges, the community is fantastic too. It has everything in one place to inspire yourself to make real change. I can see this taking me a long way to self empowerment to make the changes I want. I can’t recommend this enough and there was a 14 free trial for me too. Really enjoying the daily fires, as it’s not something you get on really any other PD app / site. Brendan and his team have really hit the nail on the head with this one. Great to listen to in the shower whilst getting ready.

I gave myself a 90 Day Journaling Challenge to reflect on various personal development topics from the Daily Fires here at GrowthDay, presented by Brendon Burchard. My aim in life is to be more AWARE, aware in my thoughts, actions and speech. Today is day 85 and I already witnessed a huge difference in my being. I started to notice when I seek the approval of others, when I try to please people. That awareness comes to me by asking myself a question that gives me an immense focus and allows me to come out of the mindset that doesn’t serve me and others.
Those questions sound like this:

I was hopeful that reviews I had read on this app were incorrect. A 14 day trial discovered early on the app was a window to expensive coaching, so I unsubscribed before the expiry. Then came the annual renewal charge that seemingly could only be reversed by PayPal request. An easy email fix delivered a hard sell reply…do you really want out of this mind blowing system. Err yes. Then the blame email response to refer back to Apple for a refund. Barriers to exit! I believe in business integrity, clear and concise charges etc upfront . This one is a scam hoping to catch forgetful subscribers. The annual sub I was charged didn’t even match the Apple subscription charge list. Beware!
Edit> another year on and another scam attempt from Growthday Inc! They have attempted to take annual subscription funds again in 2022 even though I have a written confirmation my “subscription” has been cancelled in 2021. No ethics, don’t subscribe it’s a scam at every level.Show lessFeetdragger

I look forward to the „daily fires“ every day. I haven’t figured out if there is a replay option somewhere in the app for days that I miss, so I have to show up every day if I don’t want to miss what Brendon has to say every day. I’m showing up every day, Brendon is showing up every day, I really feel motivated doing it together this way. I also appreciate the daily questions like „notice when you break your own boundaries“ „what health area could you improve today“(breath, exercise, nutrition, sleep, mindset/mindfulness ), and most importantly the prompts to rate yourself from 1-10 because awareness leads to better choices. For the first time in my life I’ve found a way to journal daily (well almost daily-imperfect action!). I have many paper journals that have but a few entries or sit empty. I also have many paper planners that were started at the beginning of the year with good intentions only to fall by the wayside. The truth is, I always have my phone with me so now journaling each morning and setting a plan for the day is easy.
I really enjoy starting my day with my buddy Brendon (Burchard), and he really speaks to us as his friends even if that’s a stretch. His content is just what I need each day to reframe some of the bigger thoughts we come across in our lives. Not only that, but there is a team of leaders in their respective fields that have joined Growthday and who bring us their wonderful experiences and voices; Mel Robbins, Anthony Trucks, Jonathan Fields, and so many more.
One of the best things is that Brendon and his team really take our feedback seriously. Many features users have suggested have been implemented. Something as simple as being able to reorder my daily task list entries helps me to do the task in my preferred order. The paid version is very affordable and so worth the upgrade.
