A worthless app with 0 redeeming qualities
Any building that falls for the scam of using this garbage is going to make everything arbitrarily more difficult for the residentspooblade

This app never works. It’s constantly logging me out to where I’m required to contact my leasing office and get my building code (the codes change every month I guess). It’s always pulling up my apple wallet. I spent $100 for a virtual key I’m never able to use.This app is terrible -100000
The most useless app I’ve ever downloaded
It’s unacceptable that I need to delete and reinstall just to get access to my e-key several times a week. There has never been an improvement and it only seems to get worse. For the amount of rent that is paid at each property more should be invested in this otherwise you cannot consider this a luxury. I’d say the only working feature on the entire application is the e-key and that is only sometimes.Annasb
