  • A worthless app with 0 redeeming qualities

    Any building that falls for the scam of using this garbage is going to make everything arbitrarily more difficult for the residents
  • Horrible

    This app never works. It’s constantly logging me out to where I’m required to contact my leasing office and get my building code (the codes change every month I guess). It’s always pulling up my apple wallet. I spent $100 for a virtual key I’m never able to use.
  • The most useless app I’ve ever downloaded

    It’s unacceptable that I need to delete and reinstall just to get access to my e-key several times a week. There has never been an improvement and it only seems to get worse. For the amount of rent that is paid at each property more should be invested in this otherwise you cannot consider this a luxury. I’d say the only working feature on the entire application is the e-key and that is only sometimes.

  • Awful App - Nothing actually works on it

    This app works barely works and is completely full of bugs. The way it is built, I suspect they tried to create it internally to save money and hired 3 interns. Absolutely nothing works properly on this App. I’m not sure how they convinced anyone this app was launch ready. Every time I use this, I have to close it 5 time and restart at the minimum. It’s unbelievable how unusable this is.

  • Terrible

    This app is awful. There is so much potential here but it’s genuinely awful. I went straight to emailing support based on what I read here to get access added to Apple wallet or at least get a widget so that it would make this app somewhat useful and I was told they would be adding widget support within the next week or two. That was over a month ago and still nothing. If devs don’t start making improvements to this app, I’m not sure why buildings would even consider using this as it is essentially unusable. Especially seeing as my building charges an extra $100 to use the virtual key. Butterfly Mx is a much more polished version of this type of app. Hope to see improvements, but not optimistic.

    There isn’t one feature that operates as marketed. Waste of space on my device.

  • Please add Apple wallet functionality

    The app works for the most part but it needs internet connection to open and load your key, meaning if you’re in a basement or elevator you can’t unlock the door.
    Developer, please add the option to add your key to Apple wallet so it can be used without internet and it’s quicker to access than loading the app and tapping multiple buttons.
