There are some issues with the application. 🐌 It runs slowly, 🐢 and the front door does not open when it should. 🚪

The app rarely works.
It has gotten to the point where residents will have to go inside and open the garage for their cars because the Mosino bluetooth never connects to the garage opener.

Does not work at all
Like many other people, the app has stopped working entirely for me after an OS update. Reinstalling does nothing, the app is simply a bust.
A worthless app with 0 redeeming qualities
Any building that falls for the scam of using this garbage is going to make everything arbitrarily more difficult for the residents

Splash page opens then immediately shuts off.
I have rebooted my iPad, and installed all upgrades. I have deleted Mosino One and reinstalled the app. Splash page opens then immediately shuts off. Any suggestions? Thanks

Slouchy apps that seem underdeveloped. App doesn't open or the features in the app don't even work properly.

Ok when it works for the mobile key. (I had 2 issues since I have it). The other features such as the parcel delivery boxes is super nice.
Not Working
I just updated the app and now it keeps crashing and won’t open.
