Connectivity issues
The app was working great when I first downloaded, but after the last update it automatically logs me out when I am not connected to WiFi and doesn’t allow me to log back in using cellular data. Very frustrating.Not enough helpful info
Like the other reviewer, this app was advertised heavily in my building. But there is not enough helpful info in the app. The security section doesn’t tell you how to quickly contact security in an emergency. The online forums are not active. And many other key pieces of info I want as a tenant are missing.Show lessDeveloper Response

So our CF building puts out all these banners to advertise this app and I go and download the app and try to register as tenant at RBC centre. No luck asks me to fill out a form to get registered that goes to the app developer I think who says they have forwarded my request after following up twice nothing,zip nada
Cadillac Fairview should be ashamed of this app and putting their name on it.
