Can’t get it to pair

Spotty and unstable

Graphs don’t display well. The app crashes,seems very half-baked. Love the sensor, wish Bluetooth works for the max for when you don’t have a Wi-Fi network seems the upgrade is a downgrade.

All of this could be fixed with firmware and app updates.

Invested a bunch of additional sensors and I’m pretty disappointed

I’m in touch with technical support and will update if they can resolve these issues

Half baked meat?

Shows temps but none of the graphs work

The unit works and the app shows the current temps, but the graphs only show data for a split second before it goes away. If you touch the graphs the app fails and closes.

Constant connection problems

Poor product Design

Device needs both bluetooth and wifi access
Device ONLY works when connected to cloud
next to impossible to get on a network with an access control list
no ability to get mac address
even once connect to a network after s restart network needs to be reset

If you want something to work out of the box, this isn’t it!

Frustrating

I love the concept of this, but there are just too many bugs and features that are not at all user friendly to recommend this. For what you pay, this aught to perform like a premium product rather and a headache every time you use it.

This device functions perfectly with the eight probes that I can use simultaneously while connecting to your house Wi-Fi so you can check your temps from anywhere not just nearby.The app is very easy to use and user-friendly. sessions is outstanding and great to look back at what you’ve done and have a record of it. App support is second to none as well. Reached out to Grill I for some support with questions and got immediate responses plus a video call for when I got really stuck.
