  • Phone battery drains quickly and phone heats up

    Due to the “Play” tab being active while viewing, it constantly loads these unnecessary reaction emojis which constantly display while watching. I imagine due to this feature my phone is forced to use an excessive amount of battery and often find my phone heating up due to this while I find myself on less than 20% by the 7th inning. Incredibly draining and from what I’ve found no way to turn off. Wish I could turn off those silly pop up notifications permanently as well, as every time I open the app I have to select no. Why can’t it remember my preferences or turn these features off in the settings? Completely unnecessary, I just want to watch the game. Not react into the void with pointless emojis or bet fake money on stupid wagers.

  • Incapable of staying logged in

    This is genuinely the worst streaming app ever created. At least once a week you get logged out, even if you connect the app to your tv provider. What is the point of automatically enabled the tv provider connection if the app forgets every 5 days? No other apps have this problem. I have tv channel streaming apps I haven’t gotten logged out of in years. How is such a valuable channel so incompetent.

    There’s also times it has you logged in, but the stream is just not there to click in to. And then you have to log out of your account entirely. And guess what? It forgets your tv provider connection then too.

    Everyone I know has this same issue. Absolutely garbage app, truly pathetic for YES to have allowed this to continue for years and years.

  • Absolute Garbage App

    I wish there was a better way to watch Yankees games because this app causes nothing but frustration. It freezes and stops randomly throughout every broadcast. Streaming from the app to a TV is nearly impossible because it just craps out every couple of minutes. When there are multiple watch options, it tries to force you to watch anything but actual baseball games. I HATE the gambling push and wish there was a way to disable it from my app. I don’t want to gamble and I don’t care what the odds are! I don’t know who made the decision to push this app out without any kind of QC or troubleshooting but they should absolutely lose their job. Everything about this app is garbage and there are no alternatives and literally no way to give meaningful feedback. Believe me, I would never open this app again if there were any other way to watch Yankees games from outside of the NY Metro Area.
