Hello Customer, Thanks for the feedback. Would you follow below steps to re-pair the device 1. Pull out the batteries and leave it for couple minutes, then put them back in. 2. Delete the current device of the app, to delete the device, please click "+" icon at right upper side and select device management, swipe left to delete current device 3. Repair the app with device 4. When take measuring, please step on the scale with barefoot, and the feet must full contact with the four round stainless steel electrode on the scale, and stand still until scale appear "0000", then the results will transmit to the app asap. hi customer, the password must be made up of letters and numbers and must be 6-16 characters long, including one uppercase and one special character, would you try it again?
