Unusable app
cant get past the log in page without crashing. terrible.
This app is trash!
Can not login with FB, or Apple ID. Will not let me sign up either. If I could give negative stars, I would!
Needs an update
App has pretty much stopped working. Won’t connect to any network or show historical data.
Disappointing
App won’t open, can’t log in or sync with the scale, no customer service.

I got the app and am attempting to create an account…which should be the simplest thing ever.
In order to create an account (not log in but create one) it asks for email and a password. Normal stuff. Numbers and letters, upper and lowercase, with a symbol, between 6-16 characters. No matter what password I use, I get a message to select a password with all the above requirements. This is definitely my worst experience ever using any app. I literally can’t even begin the process. Guess this scale is being returned to Amazon!

Impossible to create account
Can’t create account. App wants permissions to photos and other data. It stinks.
Crap?
I downloaded the app, opened it, but I’m unable to either login or create an account. Clicked on app support, and received a message. The server wasn’t available.
Pretty good would be even better with some improvements
App works pretty well overall, sometimes takes a minute to get the reading from the scale but always ends up getting it. One thing I would love to see in the app is the ability to edit the starting weight. I started losing before I got my scale and I would like to be able to put in my original starting weight.

When I read reviews I was worried thinking I had bought more junk. The whole thing took me two minutes to do, delighted with these scales
