I love my health ring, except it disconnects whenever it pleases! I charged it overnight, put it on and everything went great. I’ve been doing some lifting and needed to be k my blood pressure and after doing 2 sets of stairs and loads of walking, the ring was disconnected and I have no idea what my real movement was! When it works it’s great. I cannot wear a watch of any kind, so this ring is essential for me.Show lessJrolnick

Great watch i’ve had mine for about a year now it works perfectly. It can do the same as an Apple Watch. It’s a bit buggy on the app sometimes but after the update is done it’s fineshznnznsdmskskdk
For those of you complaining about the app…
This app is okay all things considered, but it’s not great. If you want to use a better looking and working app that is compatible with the same watches as this app, try QXFit. It is made by the same developers but I assure you, it is MUCH better. Have a great dayBlazePlayz68
Fix your app! It’s buggy and glitchy
Just got my watch recently and have had no issues until a few weeks ago when I can’t change the time, find my device, change the wallpaper or anything on the app without it saying “DISCONNECTED” It’s clearly a problem for other people too. Fix this please! The app is unusable for us all!klanceking
Can’t connect to phone
so far i’ve had the watch for about what? like 5-6 months and for the first time i charged it after a month or two and i tired connecting it to my phone but it just doesnt work like what? it was fine last time i used it.shko_

Wasn’t connecting for a while because it was still connected to my iPad.
You have to disconnect it from Bluetooth in the ipad setting. Then connect PBTW188. Then go back to app to reconnect.
Found this out after an hour of messing with it 🤣🤣🤣JOUVON
