Try forgetting the device after downloading the app if you’re already connected to the watch. After forgetting the device in your Bluetooth, immediately open the app and it should be there!WinterAnn.

So confessing didn’t let connect with my phone and on the instructions it’s says for (5. Enter the problem ) like where am I suppose to go to the place where problems are put . Anyway overall the watch is very nice and comfortable and love the design you just need to make the instructions more clearer so that people understand the instructions more.
