Highly recommend Ainsley!
I love the app! Ainsley plans your workout routine for the entire week to keep things interesting. You can easily swap out workouts or move things around if needed. The recipes are delicious and easy to make too! I’ve tried many other workout apps from big names, but none have keep me motivated or interested for long except for this app. Ainsley’s app is easy to use and keeps me focused on my goals!My favorite workout program!

I have done a number of virtual programs and by far Ainsley Rodriguez’s App 6 Week Ab Challenge has been an outstanding workout experience! The sessions are 8-15 Minutes. You feel the burn 🔥 She does a great job explaining each of the exercises and the equipment that you need for that particular session. She is very down to earth and really speaks to you as if she is in your home. I am getting fantastic results and will continue with her training and recipes. Love working with Ainsley…..She’s A Winner 🏆 👑
