1. Introducing a new community experience for user profiles.
2. Users can now add a background image to their profile section in the community.
3. Added the ability for users to include a description in their profile.
4. Other users can now view likes, comments, posts, followers, and followings.
5. Users have the option to lock their profiles from the community view.

I have been a Grounds member for just over a year, and I am impressed by the continuous improvements. They are always updating the app and adding new programs, which keeps everything fresh and exciting! I started using this app during a challenging time in my life as a new mom. I was trying to navigate my new responsibilities while struggling with body image issues and my health. I also lacked discipline, battled depression, and dealt with PTSD.
One year later, this app has played a crucial role in transforming my body and my mental attitude. I have developed more discipline and am better at showing up for myself.
