The pros are it’s affordable and some of the drivers are nice. The cons: sometimes it gives the rider a different pickup location than what it gives the driver. Also not sure if it’s the app or the drivers, but sometimes my ride doesn’t end after I get dropped off. Then I can’t request another ride when I need to, bc according to the app, I’m still in a ride.Callmerae___

Groove is hit or miss: sometimes it works beautifully and other times it has you waiting outside in the blazing heat for 45 minutes waiting for a ride that never shows up. That said, the $1.25/ride fee is hard to beat. It’s fair for the price.kdavgib

Still waiting to hear back from emails I’ve sent. I waited outside for an hour at pickup spot. Said driver was there. Was not there. Called and email nothing. I lost my free ride and still haven’t gotten it back. Every pick up and drop off location is different. I’m walking blocks from my drop off as I type this. Please change to make the pick up and drop off easier. It’ll just say a corner and they will say it’s not the right corner look at you and make you run. I like the price but I’m getting to the point where I’m about to start using Uber again.candeeeland
