Half the day there’s no driver. And the map set up in Memphis where you will most likely not get a driver if you’re at the edge of the map.Happy/Dissapointed

Used to be good but now is slacking
Groove used to be a lifesaver a year ago; now its hard to book one and now you have to wait almost 30 mins to even get picked up after continuously getting the “we’re booked” message. If its gonna be like this then I’ll just go back to using the bus and/or Uber/Lyft. It’s sad how whenever Memphis tries to implement something useful it never works out long-term. Get better drivers, longer routes, less wait times and stop dropping/picking us up 2 blocks from our original destination.MusicBabe1029
