Unable to login or find support but I keep getting a network error when trying to login

Unable to sign in

I am assuming this app is no longer in service as I am unable to use it. Is there a backup solution? I use SPAX to control my walking pad. Please advise.

Network Errors

Usually I like this app but it hasn’t been allowing me to sign in for a few days now, says there are “network issues,” and there is no way to reach out to customer service.

App is not allowing me to sign in. It is saying there is a network issue.

The app won’t let me log in

The app crashes every time I log in. I want to use it to use my treadmill but there is a glitch that needs fixed

App doesn’t match treadmill stats

At first I thought this was great. I used the first time and thought I had no issues. I kept looking at my phone wondering why it was saying I was barely walking anything. It wasn't until the second time I noticed my Apple Watch and treadmill said I walked 1km but the app was still reflecting .19. I’m trying to figure out how to get it to match since that was a big difference. It also logged my first two walks as one workout. I’ve only just started using it so I hope I can get it sorted since the app was a big reason I got this treadmill.

Convenient

The app is convenient. I want to say I love it, but it disconnects every 5 minutes, sometimes less, sometimes more. When used on an office treadmill, I can’t keep looking down to see if I’ve been disconnected yet. Otherwise it’s great.
