Cristina Capron Fitness Monthly
Get access to all of Cristina's workouts for one month.
I have used this app for a few years now and I love the workouts and the videos are very helpful if you are new to weightlifting.
Some of the workouts are confusing with reps; the description will say “each leg” but the video goes back and forth between legs so not sure if both legs is one rep or not.
The weight listed is also confusing it will say “10lb” but not sure if that’s total or just 10lb weights. It seems like each workout is different with that measurement.
I don’t usually do the option “start workout” I just do my own timing but if I want to “start from here “ to get timing on for hit workouts the app won’t start from there it will take you to the beginning.
Overall love it but there is definitely a few glitches that still need looked at. I will say it gets better every year though! When I first started the music/video situation was not working correctly.
