There is a setting on your phone stopping you from syncing your iCal. Please contact support@zebraweb.org and we can help you resolve the issue with your device.

I’ve removed and reloaded a half dozen times in the past month with no change.

Alex We see you are not using the current version for the app. APIs change with all new version. Please update the app And turn on auto update on your phone to avoid this in the future. You can also contact support@zebraweb.org for more assistance or if you have questions.
