Hello, This app is for officials only, which is why you would not have access, the description of the app will include this. If you are looking for officials access, we would be happy to help you, but it does appear you are using an old version of the app 1.0.3. Please install 2.0.8. Any other trouble you have can be directed to our support team at support@zebraweb.org.

Can’t Log In
Also prompts you for a username and password EVERY TIME I want to access it. No Face ID or even save username feature. Terrible.

We are sorry to hear your troubles using the app. In the setting section is a support link to our website with contact information. It does seem you are now able to access your account, but the system doesn’t require a full login on every attempt. It is possible that Apple may require a new login once you update the app which we are continuously updating with user feedback.

If you don’t have any assigned games your events won’t be published, we have tested and this seems to be the case with your account. For events that are in a COMMIT status, but not RELEASED, the event will be tagged and you will see the identical information on both web and mobile app. We welcome you to contact us at support@zebraweb.org to provide additional feedback.
