Crashes

Every time I enter my username and password it crashes just shuts down. I even uninstalled it and re installed it. Still crashes. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Dear NJwooopass, you have the wrong version of the app, the Verizon you have is for beta testers only. Please make sure automatic updates are turned on and that you have installed the correct version.

Terrible

I use Zebraweb on my laptop but every time I try on my iPhone 12 it crashes. I enter my if and password then crashes. I am an NJSIAA official and this would be great when I am on the go but I can not use it. This was a rushed app with very little testing and poor quality control.

Horrible someone must have got paid off to use this site and the app is worse But we are forced to use this crap site disgraceful.

Garbage

Every time I to click on one of my assigned games the app just crashes and shuts off. Horrible App better off just using the website on your laptops

About Time!

Long promised feature, glad to finally have mobile access and can link it to ical & other calendars. I haven’t had the same issues as other reviews…

Password Issues

Just downloaded this app to help with my assignment duties. Unfortunately, I’m unable to login. I am able to login using my Mac and iPad. But using the same credentials on the app I get messages that credentials are incorrect. So, for now, I dont recommend this app.

Hello, This app is for officials only, which is why you would not have access, the description of the app will include this. If you are looking for officials access, we would be happy to help you, but it does appear you are using an old version of the app 1.0.3. Please install 2.0.8. Lousy

You have to log in everytime. When you accept a game it says “failed” every time. Not sure I’ve ever used a worse app.

Can’t Log In

Not sure what the problem is but I cannot log in to the IOS App. Same password that lets me into the web app. Even tried changing password. No tech support contact that I can find either.

Also prompts you for a username and password EVERY TIME I want to access it. No Face ID or even save username feature. Terrible.

We are sorry to hear your troubles using the app. In the setting section is a support link to our website with contact information. It does seem you are now able to access your account, but the system doesn’t require a full login on every attempt. It is possible that Apple may require a new login once you update the app which we are continuously updating with user feedback.

App does not work

Only shows my blocked dates on the calendar view.

If you don’t have any assigned games your events won’t be published, we have tested and this seems to be the case with your account. For events that are in a COMMIT status, but not RELEASED, the event will be tagged and you will see the identical information on both web and mobile app. We welcome you to contact us at support@zebraweb.org to provide additional feedback.
