  • Appalling!

No log-in button, freezes & crashes - come on, sort it out!
  • Appalling

This app is quite simply diabolical! I have found myself stuck in a never ending loop!
  • Worst app ever

This has stolen hours of my life
  • St Sidwells point

What a fabulous facility this is! Been three times and thoroughly enjoyed swim and gym sessions. Great cafe as well, a very inclusive feeling place and staff are really good and helpful.
  • Awful App

    Just the worst app.
  • Can’t log in

I get an error message saying that I haven’t logged into my account yet: but there’s nowhere in the app to login. Totally pointless and nearly as much of a waste of money as the new leisure centre. A very poorly designed and executed app. I don’t recommend this at all.
  • Not flexible

I had a pay-as-you-Go swim membership and wanted to upgrade to the full year (£250) However I had to setup a NEW membership under my work… email address , why can’t you just use to Pay-as-you-go and upgrade?, at some point soon I need my membership transferred over to the private email address…
  • Terrible

The app is great for looking at photos. The moment you want to join or pay for anything, or book anything, you realise how terrible the functionality is. You can pay, but get no membership number, you can try to set up an account which is then not connected to the membership or app. It’s government half arsed work yet again. Sadly, and predictably, it’s total rubbish.

  • Terrible

Where to start! Unable to book for more than 1 person using the spa. Spa bookings listed under the wrong title so hard to find. Wording in family membership inconsistent (says you need to be 16 or over)…
  • This app is hard work

I’m really trying to register as pay as you go for swimming but I’m going round in circles. I’ve managed to register an account but trying to link it to a club it’s just not working. Sure some people will find it intuitive but I bet I’m not the only one who is finding it hard work.
