Don’t buy!
I just paid a one-time fee of $14 and can’t get beyond the device selection screen. Restarted multiple times and can’t select my Samsung TV. Tried to request a refund and get the warning my purchase is ineligible for refund. Tried to report problem and can’t get beyond welcome to developers’ WordPress page.

Would have gotten more enjoyment flushing my $14 in the toilet.

Very unhappy.

The only thing this app can do is steal your money
I downloaded this app and before I could even select my TV was prompted to select a three day free trial then 49.99 yearly, and then I was charged $63 immediately and the app doesn’t even work.
Apple support said IF they decide to refund me then hopefully I’ll see it back in my bank account within 30 days 😒

It’s fine
This app works as Intended but I got tired of ads so I decided to buy the one time purchase subscription but it charged me without giving me access to the subscription. I still get ads and all that. When I hit “restore purchases” it loaded then crashes. Honesty might report to BBB because I’ve contacted the owner of the app but have gotten no response…

Very upset
Got this app to connect to my tv because every time I try to connect on the real smart things app the app closes down after it begins pairing. On this app your prompted to pay 35 dollars and told you will be able to contact support at any time if needed, but I instead found nothing but 3 buttons that don’t work!!! I just paid 35 dollars for a picture of 3 buttons, thank you Apple for being no better than some 12 year old scammers

DO NOT BUY THIS REMOTE
Don’t buy this remote! What a waste of money! For it to be used you must constantly “allow” its use with your physical remote (the one that originally came with your tv).

What is the point of having a remote on your phone if you constantly need to find and use the physical remote in order to use it? This is a completely useless app and I do not recommend spending your money on it AT ALL.

I downloaded it because I often misplace my actual remote and yet it demands its constant presence in order to work properly. Very dumb!
