Disappointing
Our dog ate the third Samsung remote control, so we were keen to try this App. Try caked into paying the 1 year subscription. The app recognised my Samsung tv straight away, but zero control of the tv from that point on. A complete waste of money. Do not fall for this scam.

Totally disappointed
The App will not connect to my Samsung TV. It recognises the TV but then nothing works. Very frustrating considering my TV remote has collapsed and now I cannot use my TV and all it’s features except turning it on and off. Very frustrated.

Tried the free trial, everything worked perfectly, paid for the lifetime membership, now only basics work. Not impressed 😟

App not working anymore
For the last 2 months I hsve had lots of problems with my lifetime subsciption. Noe the app just doesn’t open at all. Its always stuck in some syncing option.

No longer working
I thought I was doing a trial of the app but it turned out I paid for premium. So I used it for quite awhile with no real issues. Since the latest update it remains stuck on “sync remote in app products” and will not open. I paid money for this app and would like it to work. I will change my 1 star review once this issue is fixed as before that the remote worked well for me. I am on an iPhone 11 Pro if that makes a difference.

I got a charge from you guys of just over 3$ and today a 45$ payment tried to come out! Stop scamming me. I don't even have the app!!!!!

It updated
It updated and the ‘lifetime’ that I paid for was very short lived when it updated and it won’t let me sign in anywheres to get ahold of someone so I can get my subscription that I paid for back or at least the service to work again.
