Very poor experience
Samsung….what’s going on. TV performance poor (won’t emerge from sleep) and recommended control method via this app is awful. Counter intuitive, expensive and ad heavy. Don’t know who you think you are helping but it’s not working.
Inability to see favourable ratings makes this all very questionable. Deleted the pp inside ten minutes as a waste of time.Show lesssij_uk_berkshire
Don’t bother. Pay and then get to pay again.
The app is ok. It works. I paid for the lifetime subscription and it is now asking me to pay for it again. There is no way to get the money back and no way to get it to believe I’ve paid.DonGoesDigital

Bad, Requires TV Authorization
I got this to replace my broken Samsung remote, but it does not work like that. Every time you open this app to use it as a universal remote, you must first authorize it on your Samsung TV by clicking YES on your old remote. Its counter-intuitive. It’s a requirement by Samsung. I was duped into believing this would replace the physical remote. This cannot replace your remote. Would not buy again. Would not recommend. Will delete. Need refund.Show lessGoodbyePNC

I lost my remote and I need this one to wipe the tv but the TV I’d swing to clock allow to let me use the remote with the original remote but I don’t have the original!!cnjsjskajxjsjskaka

It’s too complicated for someone not used to these things. I’ve set up a new smart tv, connected to WiFi, my iPhone etc. But I can’t get basic terrestrial tv, no BBC1 etc.
No idea how to use the TV. Haven’t even thought about how to pause live tv, record live tv.another depressed person
Worthless without paying for premium
It seems like the app could be useful but I can’t push more than 1 button before I get asked to upgrade AND add pop up.
It would be helpful if the app was usable without forcing an upgrade. Ads I understand but not after every single key stroke.bubbajdm

Accepted it on TV but it won’t work just goes back to screen that asks to pay unreasonable $22 for app. I would give it no stars if possibleJennyD1947
Doesn’t work
It identifies and finds my tv. It didn’t let me use any of the functions. The free version doesn’t let you control anything.
The paid version doesn’t seem to function correctly with my Samsung TV.
