New update needs work
Images too small under collection view makes it hard to scroll through your portfolio. Insurance values now removed from individual cards on app, not sure why. Also, insurance total on the app doesn’t match desktop totals. There’s some error there. Wish they’d return to dark background (or give you option to set it dark), as cards “popped” with a dark background. Wish default view isn’t “Buy Now” but rather go straight to “Collection.” Wish they’d return winning bids as green and outbid as red, similar to all other platforms. Also, startup splash screen with PWCC to Fanatics Collect takes too long. Wish they’d remove this delay. Overall, app is faster but needs work.

Worse Than Before
The newly updated app make it hard to scroll through the items… whenever I click on an item and hit back it refreshes my page and take me back to to very beginning. Had to scroll down again back to where I was at.
And I am not able to copy the name of the listing as well. Which make it an extra step for me to search for item’s market price and sold history.

Major downgrade
This app used to be good as PWCC. Now is worse. Load screen from PWCC to Fanatics Collect takes too long. Looks like they tried to copy Goldin/PSA in terms of view/color schemes/category titles. Removed the dark background, so cards no longer stand out and makes their high-quality images look like less quality. Font is ugly. UI is overall worse and hard to navigate. “Collection” view (preferred Portfolio) now gives you three cards per row, so you basically can’t realistically scroll through your cards in your portfolio because images so small. There’s a no-need “lock” icon on your cards. Cant sort by earliest year, or subject athlete. Cant review sales history. Can no longer view individual insurance values on the app, and the total estimated value isn’t accurate and doesn’t even match desktop totals. For buying, removed green for high bidder and red for outbid (why?). App also defaults to “buy now” tab on start up. No customization options in app. — They also no longer appear to send notifications on card intake and items curated. Only thing is that app is faster than PWCC’s. Overall, update mostly a fail.

Also app is just simply worse than before. The way everything is listed makes it significantly harder to sort through and consider multiple auctions at once. It’s impossible to sort or filter through your bids or watch list and filtering options on the regular search are limited relative to the old app too. Why would they possibly take away functionality when updating the app? This is exactly what fanatics does to every part of the hobby they touch, it’s so disappointing.

Bring back PWCC
Already miss PWCC owning this platform outright. Hilariously inept first interface from Fanatics but what can you expect from such a cancer of a company. No filters for favorites or your bids. They also removed sorting by earliest year which is what I used exclusively. Whole site is much uglier and bulkier now. They have Also removed the smaller sports outright like golf, racing, fighting, misc sport, etc.

New Update, Worse UI
1). There is now no way to see the insured value of the cards in the app like before with PWCC. 2). The total value of your vault in the app doesn’t match the desktop totals — Values now grossly inaccurate. 3). UI is more clunky with uglier font. 5). Please bring back the dark background which made cards stand out and easier to search. 6). Needs customization to view larger images (less cards at once in vault. 7). Needs a search by athlete filter. Overall, this is ugly and it’s clear their CEO, who also worked with Fanatics Live, is out of touch and doesn’t actually use the products.

Needs a better interface.
There’s no way to check the bids/offers you have alrdy submitted without searching for each specific item… lots of things they can do to this app to improve it
Zero Customer Service / Only Accept Wires
Customer service has become non-existent. Zero replies to any communication now. And— Can only pay with credit card for items less than $10K. Anything over they no longer do ACH and must submit an actual wire transfer. Changes for the bad seem to come since Fanatics purchase.

Im an adult who has never traded cards for money but always collected them growing up and this app has changed my perspective completely on what card trading can do for your mental and financial health
