  • Grading

    I don’t understand what happened with the grading and pay after they sell through the weekly auction. I’m disabled and don’t have any income the first couple times I submitted went great and paid as soon as I got the invoice. So I submitted 40 more cards and then 55 more after that because I knew the 40 would pay for both submissions and have money left over. It took 50 days to get them back and about 7 days for curation and then I got to wondering about that and they had a hold on them until I pay for the grading. It was a shock because I didn’t have any warning at all on that and that was the big reason for me using PWCC to begin with and now I have all those cards in there and no way to pay for them. I was just wondering if anyone else has this happened to them.
    On top of all that it seems like my cards don’t bring the price as some of the cards that sold in the previous auction. Sometimes not even half. I know that the grading companies matter too but not as much as I’m loosing though. I’m done with PWCC as soon as I get my card back.

  • Slow as snails

    Everything moves too slow. Intakes when you send cards in take over a week, fulfillments shipping out stay in “ready to ship” status for days and days. Payments dont get processed timely, so you keep getting invoices even after payment. Expect 1-2 week turnarounds on everything you do with these people. Even their imaging has become haphazard. Not a “fanatic” of these people since purchased.

  • Freezing

    Great app, but it freezes every time I filter a search unfortunately.
  • Great app, best vault, but very slow service

    Slow processing intakes into the vault, and with payments. Over a week most times from arrival of your package until notification of curation. After paying, you also have to wait a week until item transferred over to you. Meanwhile, you keep receiving notices that your have unpaid invoices (because theyre delayed in marking it as paid). — Wish there was a way to lock-in default search options, both in the marketplace and in the vault - and an added sort by athlete option (not available). Otherwise, great, secure service,and wonderful photos of the cards.

  • Best Vault / No Portfolio Sort by Athlete

    Wish there was a way to sort your portfolio by athlete. That would be great for collectors who target certain players. Cant do that at the moment.

  • !!!Seller Beware!!!

    Marketplace accepts cards and identifies cards from within the company. PWCC mislabeled my item causing it to sell much less than what it was worth. I contacted PWCC about the mislabeled item and was told that the card was going to sell as is. My issue ticket is currently “in a managers inbox” going on 2 weeks.

    This card sold for 7x less then actual value.

    Assuming they won’t correct my issue I will take this as a loss and will refuse to send any other cards.

    I do not recommend sending high valued cards to this marketplace.
