Lack of dashboard?
Why is there no dashboard where you can manage active auctions where you are bidding? Seems you have to search every time for the same listing.trailer preview
Good UI, clean photos, very delayed ship
User interface is nice. Vault service cleaner than PSA or Alt. Photos are ultra-high images. They’ve worked out a lot of the bugs. Big issue still remains very delayed shipping times, for purchased and sold items.Barcle101
Understaffed, unprecedented delays
Takes 1-2 weeks or longer for them to process fulfillment requests via their app or website. UI of app is good though.Horrible Search Gets Worse
Overall the app is 3.5 stars. But the search function is -2 and getting worse with each update. For example, why does it now show sold listings when I search in the weekly??Kevin939516

New update is awful
The app is legitimately unusable for me. It keeps saying I need to verify my account which I’ve done. If they fix this my rating will increase immediately but as of now I can’t use the appFlyerhigher
