Staying the Course
I have found the affirmations in this app to be very helpful during times of uncertainty. It is comforting to hear the messages confirming that no contact is advantageous to me and ultimately to the situation regardless of the outcome. Thank you for providing this valuable tool in assisting me to maintain dignity and self respect during this most difficult time. It may seem like a lifetime since I was in contact, but the counter reassures me that it hasn’t been that long.

Does the job
Basic and tracks days well. Panic button is useful but limited in range of phrases. Might be an idea to have an option to record what days your ex reaches out through the simple addition of another button, so you can look for patterns.

I realized you have to begin the countdown and then click “edit start time” to actually get it to edit, but after that everything went smoothly.

Anything to support Lucia! The app is very handy even at a basic level for tracking your days in NC and reminding yourself that you are strong enough to keep going.

This app really helps and the panic messages really help you to rethink making contact and to come to acceptance of the situation
This has helped me greatly.
I have I guess liked a guy off and on again for an upward of four years now. We used to contact each other a lot but he moved and has liked and dated other girls yet gave me mixed signals. He was the only guy I’ve really liked so I have a very rough time letting him go. Two weeks ago I blocked him and it’s all because of this app. It gives me such accountability and reassures me that my choice to block him was a good one because I cared more and I shouldn’t waste my time on someone who doesn’t give me the same attention back + who I never see. So this app is very beneficial for me and I’ve finally been able to get over him.

It’s a good app
I like the clock, I am glad paying customers get a few more “panic” reminders. However, you go through them really fast. I would sure appreciate a few more of them. Thank you
