Very Confused on how this took over my voicemail
I clicked the link to get in touch with someone who utilizes this app. I deal with customers and now my voicemail is some AI assistant. I was truly under the impression that this would just allow me to contact the person I wanted to contact. Now there is no way to shut it off. I didn’t even have the app either. I did just download it but I refuse to pay any money or accept anymore terms. This is very suspicious and I do not feel comfortable with it.
I emailed the email address twice now because I saw the other review reply’s. If the developer sees this please advise on an easier way to shut this down.Show lessM. Scott1989

I have clicked “delete my account” on the app and I still am getting reports from friends that they are getting texts from “my assistant”. This is extremely concerning. I have reached out to “support” by clicking contact support in the Apple App Store and the only response I get is that my issue is “out of scope”.Show lesssally sarko

Got this app because I thought it was a texting app after getting the message from a friends number, now I can’t get it to go away. I have deleted my account, turned the cellular off for it. Deleted my account and the assistant still won’t go away. How do I get rid of it!?JamminJame

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I never even downloaded this app, yet somehow this stupid AI is now my voicemail. I was trying to get in contact with a customer of mine and I got the automated AI voicemail. It then sent me a text and I was stupid enough to fill out my information which it said was just being used to contact them. Now I have this stupid AI voicemail and I can no longer receive voicemails. THIS IS A SCAM. But in all seriousness if anyone has found a way to get rid of it please let me know 🥲🙏🏼Show lesselise13033

I got this app and then realized it wasn’t what I was looking for, so then deleted it. And I CANNOT get rid of the “assistant”! Every time people call me, it goes to my assistant! I can’t get voicemails, anything. I’ve called every number I can find and get no help, called ATT and they can’t help, called Apple and they can’t help. I’m at the point where I want to change my phone number after 30 years bc I can’t get voicemails and it’s embarrassing when people call me and get this random assistant. I’ve reset my phone, restored it from backup, deleted the app, reinstalled it, deleted it again, nothing. HELP ME!!Show lessSchuylerivey

I have downloaded and paid for over 6 other spam blocking apps and this is the ONLY one that does what it says it will do. I turned on “silence unknown calls” on my phone and it immediately sends them to the AI assistant and they hang up. I’ve gotten less and less calls since downloading this a few days ago. Great having an AI assistant to answer calls
I love knowing that my assistant is screening calls for me so I can avoid wasting time and energy on spam while never missing important calls from the doctor or school. It’s great for callers to be able to interact with my assistant in real time when I’m not available to answer a call. I also feel more secure knowing I don’t have to worry about spam.Show lessMojadai
Useless
It transcribes things from callers but doesn’t record them and the transcription isn’t great so I don’t know what the message is supposed to be telling me.
And every time I open the app every single day and time label on every single call or message changes to the date and time that I open the app but the last time I open the app so if I open it right now, all my messages are going to change their car long time to right now so it’s obviously not a good source to keep resource to keep records at allShow lesssgrace022409

This app is giving Google Voice features like letting somebody leave their name before getting through to you. I had no idea that would happen, and I do not want the service. I ended my subscription months and to my surprise family and friends are still telling me when they call me A guy is answering the phone and sometimes they just don’t bother to call the second time. I daownload this app and put the assistant to answer my calls and since then I can’t receive any voicemails I don’t where they are and I can’t erase it now I tried everything nothing work I deleted my account and still all my calls go to the assistant help please how can I erase this answering assistant and put back my original voicemail????Show lessFood123456
