Works well. Here is my setup.
I’m not sure about all the negative reviews, but so far my experience has been awesome. It has blocked out the constant vehicle warranty scam calls and others. I’ve had no issues with contacts getting through. The app has been crisp and smooth with no issues. It’s worth it to me. I have a 13 Plus Max with latest 15. I believe the phone function of silence unknown callers and how WHO uses that function to control those calls is much more reliable than in past versions. So far no hiccups after a month. Best app on my phone
WHO is the best app on my phone! It stops all of the annoying calls I was getting everyday! I would opt out of all of the sales calls and they would still call me several times a day. I can’t count the number of times I received my final notice calls for auto warranty and Visa card interest reductions. I don’t even have a Visa card. Then there were the dozens of calls offering to forgive my federal student loans. I don’t have a student loan! Don’t even get me started on the Publisher’s clearing house wins or the threats of jail from the “IRS” taxes I supposedly didn’t pay! I would recommend this app to all my friends and family! Shields me from sadness and anger
I can now HIGHLY RECOMMEND WHO for blocking / screening spam calls and SMS on my phone. (It’s like the best of google voice but without making you use google voice 😃 The screening features are new and actually work, which means I now don’t get any spam calls!!!
If you have a complex phone setup (I have 2 lines Verizon primary & secondary w/ esim on ATT), it will only work on your main line. It does not work well with “calls on other devices “ on Mac, but that is an acceptable trade. It handles most of the edge cases really well, although sluggishly at times.

The Best App Ever
I have had WHO on my phone for a couple of years now ( different numbers) and I have to say I don’t know what I would do without it! It’s design is absolutely brilliant. It can be set up however you want. But the best part for me is if I don’t want ANYONE calling me that’s not in my contact list, they will never get through. Instead, one of the BOTS will frustrate them so badly, they will just stop trying ?.
I just love the different choices of BOTS that are available too. Some are just hilarious. If you’re thinking about WHO, give it a shot. For $5 month you just can’t afford not to.Show lessJummmpR8
WHO!
I've had this for several months now and has worked very well. Has blocked suspected calls with no ringing whereas other apps supposedly blocks but the calls still comes through. Thank you for making an app that does what it is supposed to do.Jaqui Hardinsytdmsom
Lots of spam calls!!
When I signed up for Robocall my spam calls became much less intrusive. Only one so far today vs. 10-12 daily.

Best and entertaining app!
I was receiving up to 15 spam calls a day. I paid for the subscription and set everything up. I haven’t had ONE call go through to my phone and when I go check the voicemails, it’s hilarious! The calls have gone from 15 a day to maybe one a day. This app is definitely worth the money!Shado333lker99iqob
If I could give less than one star I would
This app let through every spam call I got for several days. So I deleted my account and deleted the app. Since doing that the “Who voicemail Guy” is still my voicemail message and my voicemails have disappeared!! I have family and friends saying “hey left you a voicemail” and it is no where to be found! I tried contacting their customer support but the link takes you to a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT company!!! This app should be taken down! They are invading my privacy by keeping my emails!! I will be reporting them to the FCC.Show lessJenkay1972
