Awful, awful app, such a shame to see a good idea going to waste
Been member for over a year, and the same utterly horrendous app has never been changed.
Over-looked this as the activities are fun… but the quality has decreased recently, bookings are often for 1 month+ in the future which you forget and now the activities are repetitive. Plus the price increase whilst the app is still utter garbage.
Such a big shame, no excuse for app development this poor, letting a great idea dwindle. Just want to shake the management by the shouldersShow lessMda126
Don’t even bother
I wanted days to be accepted on the app, when I was finally accepted I was no longer in London as it was Christmas time so I paused my subscription and thought I could use the activities for 3 months but apparently you need to book them in the first month. So in the end I paid and wasn’t able to use any of the activities. Now I’m trying to cancel this subscription and it is also a nightmare to cancel it. Worst experience ever!!!Show lessMargaridaa04
Don’t buy unless you want to be scammed
I spent over £100 on subscriptions for presents. The booking process is extremely annoying and we ended up only being able to use one of the tickets worth around £10. I then tried to cancel the scale but they said I could only postpone the subscription on the page. I postponed to the latest possible date so that I could stop payments. They then billed me without reminding me off the subscription. I tried to resolve this with the team but they were unaccepting of the situation, accepted no fault and wouldn’t refund. Now I’m stuck with tickets to a poetry reading and some other rubbish activities I don’t want!Show lessolly hasbil
