  • Awful, awful app, such a shame to see a good idea going to waste

    Been member for over a year, and the same utterly horrendous app has never been changed.
    Over-looked this as the activities are fun… but the quality has decreased recently, bookings are often for 1 month+ in the future which you forget and now the activities are repetitive. Plus the price increase whilst the app is still utter garbage.

    Such a big shame, no excuse for app development this poor, letting a great idea dwindle. Just want to shake the management by the shoulders

  • Don’t even bother

    I wanted days to be accepted on the app, when I was finally accepted I was no longer in London as it was Christmas time so I paused my subscription and thought I could use the activities for 3 months but apparently you need to book them in the first month. So in the end I paid and wasn’t able to use any of the activities. Now I’m trying to cancel this subscription and it is also a nightmare to cancel it. Worst experience ever!!!

  • Don’t buy unless you want to be scammed

    I spent over £100 on subscriptions for presents. The booking process is extremely annoying and we ended up only being able to use one of the tickets worth around £10. I then tried to cancel the scale but they said I could only postpone the subscription on the page. I postponed to the latest possible date so that I could stop payments. They then billed me without reminding me off the subscription. I tried to resolve this with the team but they were unaccepting of the situation, accepted no fault and wouldn’t refund. Now I’m stuck with tickets to a poetry reading and some other rubbish activities I don’t want!

  • SCAM - Bristol!! Complete scam

    I signed up for Buckt in October, they said they were offering activities in Bristol, I paid my first month £15 subscription, then charged another scription in November £40! How did it jump from £15-£40? I have no idea as I requested to cancel in October,

    So then I am charged another £40 in December as well as November totally £95,

    Where are my tickets? NOWHERE, I have not received any tickets as they say they are still figuring out the details for Bristol, so I have received nothing and paid £95 without consent for such a large subscription,

    They have sent me an email saying I need to cancel through the partner app, however because I haven’t received any tickets I al then unable to cancel and they refuse to offer a refund, so I have paid £95 for absolutely nothing and I am unable to cancel and unable to get a refund despite requesting to cancel 2 months ago, and my subscription premium increased by 266%

    WHAT A COMPLETE SCAM, this is totally unacceptable I have received nothing!! And the premium is increasing!! And they are refusing to cancel until I have received tickets which they say they are pending!!

  • DO NOT GET THIS

    You will regret it 😅 spend a little extra money and just get the tickets and save yourself all the headache, it’s a huge mess with them.
    Nothing works how it should, there are a hundred rules and the instructions aren’t always super clear.
    I submitted a request and was told i didn’t, never got any confirmation emails, customer services doesn’t always reply..

  • I was tempted, but soon realised it’s a waste of time

    I have signed up as I saw a good offer. Tickets expire quickly and you loose them if you don’t hurry up. One of the tickets I got was for another city then the one I live in and also attractions were nothing to write home about. Museum, axe throwing, a tour. Boring to say the least. You will find better deals on Groupon at half the cost. Wish I saw reviews before I signed up and parted with my cash.

  • Horrible app experience!

    Another terrible app to download and delete after bad customer experience. They made me waiting till the new month comes to get the new monthly updates in a so called “waiting room”, the new month came but nothing has happened in the app, they still had me waiting on the approval thing. Thank you next!

  • Terrible app, so so experiences

    I was intrigued by the spontaneity/surprise offered by Buckt and signed up in a trial month. The app is a real pain to use, the process booking is fiddly, very manual & convoluted. Instead of fun it felt like a chore to book. In the end I attended one actual event (of my 5 options) and was nervous on arrival that I was actually booked in (good news: I was!) I was disappointed that one ‘London’ event was in zone 5/6 and although I would have like to try it, it was too far to travel to, so I don’t recommend Buckt outside of the non-trial price. Instead Buckt would be MUCH simpler to loose the terrible app and all the fiddly rules/process and instead offer promo codes for us to book events directly.

  • Great idea but app design is poor

    The intentions and Idea behind the app are great but it is poorly executed.

    It is a bit of a rigmoral trying to book the activities as the majority of the time you are expected to book it through the vendors directly yourself by emailing them. It would be easier if there was a system where you could just book, cancel and amend your activities through on online portal. I have had to miss out on some of my activities because Buckt are only available by email and they take for ever to respond if not at all. Also bare in mind that you have to book all activities within a month and if you don’t you loose all your activities.

    However, I have really enjoyed the apps activities and like trying new random things each month.

  • Poor activities, overpriced

    Got sucked in by a Facebook ad showing all kinds of exciting activities. Actual selection received was poor - after 2 months there wasn’t one thing I would have been interested in. Paused my subscription thinking I could restart in future if I decided to give it another try but it restarted again after one month and I was charged and they refused to refund. Disappointed.
