  • Good idea. Horrendous app

    I keep receiving new content has been added but when ‘updating’ it doesn’t do anything but keep us at the waiting room. (we subscribe last month so our first 5 tickets should of have been received yesterday 3rd)

    If you don’t have the system to run an app properly - just do it through your website 🤷🏻‍♀️ what is the point on investing time and money into something is clearly not working.

  • SCAMMERS

    The app should be called bunch of scammers, because that’s what they are! I subscribed on November to try this service, I did some of the activities and I wasn’t happy with the cost/quality ratio. So I decided to cancel my subscription on the 1st of December, however I see that they charged me for the next month that same day. I cancel and contact support that I no longer want to be subscribed but they said via email “refunds cannot be made after having paid the subscription “. I brought up that their Terms and conditions state that you have up to 14 days to cancel if you change your mind but they still don’t want to give me my money back (I cancelled the subscription the same day they took the money from me so I was on that period). That is the definition of a SCAM.

  • Don’t do it

    I thought this was such a lovely idea but it is so poorly executed, the organisation is a mess in order to book anything you have to send lots of emails which take ages to be responded to or are sometimes straight up ignored, when you do turn up somewhere to do an activity half of the people don’t know what you’re talking about, don’t bother!

  • Great idea, messy execution

    I've been a Buckt Go subscriber for 2 months and initially I loved it, but then discovered how much of a hustle it is to book the experiences. It can’t be done through the app, which by the way needs a redesign…

    The experiences partners seem to be overwhelmed, with some dropping out and others not even replying to the booking request messages.
    Such a shame, as they seem very friendly when contacting support and the idea of the business is just great. I’ll check if it gets better in a year🤞🏼

    Me & my girlfriend have been using the buckt app whilst in lockdown and we are so happy with it! The long days just go faster & we find ourselves being more productive through the day!

    I now recommend this to our friends & family and would highly recommend to everyone else!
  • Love Buckt, hate the app!

    I have to agree with other reviewers here. I subscribed to Buckt Home at Christmas in an attempt to liven up lockdown, and have really enjoyed it so far. Not every activity is to my taste, and I definitely enjoy it more than my partner, but just having a couple of unusual crafty things or online classes to do each month is worth it while we’re all stuck indoors. I know it’s the first month of the app so there’s a lot of teething issues, but so far it’s completely unusable - I haven’t been able to get a single page to load yet so I can’t book onto any of my activities! Really hope this gets sorted soon otherwise it’s going to ruin and great monthly experience.

  • Needs Work

    The products themselves are fab. The move to having to rely on this app to engage with activities is way less than fab. This app was clearly pushed to get going before it was ready. I got my box of activities today and had no idea what would be inside. And now I can’t get any information on the app because it struggles so hard to load anything.

  • App just doesn’t work.

    Really like the activities but this app is completely useless. Just get a loading screen on each page and some pages just won’t open. Getting our activities delivered today according to an email the courier sent but I still haven’t been able to see what we’re getting on the app!! The app is also the only place where you can log in to your account which is very odd. Why can’t I log in on your website????

  • Great product, but app needs a lot of work

    Love Buckt. Highly recommend it to anyone, especially in lockdown. The product itself is superb and the customer service has been amazing too. Really inventive things through the post, and great value for money.
    This app though... needs work. I know it is early days with it so hopefully they will have some updates and fixes. But at the moment it just really doesn’t work well. Getting the loading spinner on every page so can’t see any activities.
    I hope I will be able to review in a few weeks and say how awesome it has become instead.
