This is a great super simply product even my grandma can use to take her drugs; however the chime is way to low that even I can’t hear it unless I’m right next to my phone. Dies the upgrade include a louder chime alert? 5/5stars if I could hear it across the room;otherwise it’s a no go.BevAnnC
