What's New in Alarm & Timer
13.3.0
October 17, 2024
- You can now use this app as your main music player and display the controller on your lock screen. Turn off "Use with other audio app" in settings.
- You can now search for alarms by labels. (Turn on "Use search" in settings.)
- You can now display the time until the next timer on the clock screen. (Turn on "Show next timer time" in Settings.)
I just downloaded the app and am very impressed with all the features and options. But I do have one suggestion. Every time I set a new alarm, I have to select my preferences such as no snooze and setting the alarm to shut off after so many seconds. Can you possibly add the option of selecting my own defaults so that I don’t have to set these each time I add a new alarm? Otherwise, the app is awesome! I paid the $9.99 for no ads not only because I hate ads but to support you, the developer, as well! 🙂

Response from developer
Thank you for your feedback.
This app does not have a function to create your own default settings, but it does have a function to help you create alarms with similar settings, so please try it if you like.
1. Tap the gear button at the bottom right of the clock screen
2. Tap the "Alarm" tab
3. Turn on "Auto-completion"
This setting allows you to create a new alarm with the content you entered last time, so it may reduce the effort of editing.
You can also create a copy of an alarm you have already created by tapping on it, scrolling down, and tapping "Copy".
This is recommended when creating an alarm with similar content.
Saving alarms with your own default settings in advance and copying them when necessary may be close to what you are looking for.
By enabling the folder function, you can also organize only alarms for copying in a folder.
Thank you.
