I love the Hobbii app! It’s easy to find what you need BUT the website is better! I just adore the pattern finder feature on the website. Were you are on a type of yarn and you can see different patterns that uses the particular type of yarn.

Favorite yarn
I have ordered many different cakes from Hobbii and am very happy with the quality- no knots, splits or color issues. Easy to work with and beautiful color combinations. Delivery is slow but worth the wait.Roopicklesofie

Had an issue with a gift card, but the support team were amazing and so helpful and kind, especially when I was the one making the mistake!

Great except for one thing
When you first go in the app it just shows things to buy from their store but on the bottom there is a button that says patterns and when you click on that there are SO MANY free patterns to choose from. The one thing that is a bit annoying is that when you scroll down and look through the patterns it keeps loading and sending you farther down. I personally just scroll back a little because I don’t want to miss any patterns but it is t that big of an issue. Pretty good app overallShow lessvioletbee1535
Shipping to US
The main reason I got the app was to track my shipping. First of all, I received no tracking updates for over a week. Not on the website or app and both PostNord and my local carrier have a status of waiting to receive the items from the sender. I sent an email to support which has yet to be responded to. I was pretty excited when I found this company as I’m new to crocheting, but I kind of annoyed at this point and wish I could have cancelled my order. Hopefully I have enough yarn so I don’t have to reorder because it definitely feels like they are going to miss my delivery window (which isn’t as major an issue as the fact there was no communication from the company). I may update my rating but as of right now I will be looking for an alternative company to purchase from.Show lessIndigo GODdess
