College students spend a ton of time around their campuses making everyday purchases like lunches and snacks. Firstcard’s high cash back program is an awesome way for college students to get money back without even trying. The app design is super user friendly as well.
No help
I asked if there is a way to activate my card , and I get no response they usually take 1-2 days to respond but it’s been almost a week. When I try to activate my card I get a error message. I’m unable to unlink my account (which I no longer have access to) and they can’t help me at all. I have money stuck on my account and I can’t even get it off. Support is not even trying to help me.
