Love the app but could use a minor improvement

I like this app a lot. Simple, clean, good reminders for those who are tired of judging our food and just want to feel at peace with eating. I like the focus on reflecting on eating to feel good not achieve ego-driven goals. The one fix that would be helpful would be the ability to change the time stamp of meals in the home dashboard. Sometimes I forget right after eating to write my fullness. I remember but have dishes to do, etc. When I go back later to complete the entry, the time stamp is off from when I ate the meal. So, being able to edit the time would be nice. Many thanks the developers for a simple, kind, and helpful app to improve how to think about food and eating.

App has been helpful

I downloaded this feee app. I do like it and found it helpful for mindful eating although,
I noticed the daily data entry does not carryover into the correct into graph space. I have contacted the apps creator in hopes to have this amended, but if this is fixed I do recommend this app :)

Just getting started

I just downloaded this app today. I think I will like using it, and the features seem very helpful. However, I can’t figure out how to delete an entry. It would also be nice to be able to set the time I actually ate rather than have it record the time I entered information. Thanks!

Perfect app, but will you fix one thing please?

This app is great! I have found an amazing relationship with food using this app. I love it!

One question for the amazing developer: could you please fix the “coach yourself before eating” section so that we can submit the questionnaire without answering questions 2 and 3 (“considering time” and “considering reasons I want to eat other than hunger”), as none of the responses in those questions apply, most of the time. Or, allow for an “other” response to those questions? This would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

Amazing, but please fix thissss

Could PLEASE you make it so that you can edit entry times and delete them? Also, when I don't select anything under "Did you notice...", it automatically graphs "I was a little too hungry." It also didn't graph some of the options I DID choose, like "I deliberately ignored fullness". The graphs would really help me see progress if they were actually accurate.

Very Helpful, But…

I am really glad I have this app. It is definitely helping me eat more mindfully. However, in the pre-eating questionnaire, when it asks about my eating behavior in the past two hours, there isn’t really an option for times when I haven’t eaten and am hungry…such as my first meal of the day. So I have to pick one of the other options which might not be accurate. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful tool!

Bugs make it less than helpful.

This could be a great resource if it weren’t for the answer choice issues. The surveys won’t allow me to submit until I’ve answered every question. But several of the questions don’t have an option for when users are hungry and eat appropriately. Because I have to choose wrong answers, the data is useless to me. Very frustrating. The app’s only real value is that it’s a reminder to stop and think before I eat.

App doesn’t function

The app does not let you select sex, goes right to the welcome page and a blank screen. Tried three times

Great app for those learning to eat intuitively

I would have given 5 stars if there wasn’t that issue where you have to select “did you notice” sometimes none of the options apply but you can’t move on without making and irrelevant selection. Other than that one minor issue, this is so helpful for me as as I begin my intuitive eating journey.

Sadly I agree with the previous review. Being forced to choose an option which is not appropriate for my situation makes the app unusable for me too. Just fix that one wee thing and it will be a very useful tool.
