Great Resource
The UAV tracking sim is the closest I’ve seen to the actual test. Everything else is also really great regarding aviation/navy/nautical information. Plus the app is convenient, meaning I could study anywhere whenever I had some free time.bscowl
Worth the Time and Money
This app helped me tremendously with my ASTB score. I went from a 4,5,3 on my first test attempt to a 6,8,7 using this app to help me study. It is well worth the money and I have recommended it to all my buddies trying to get a flight contract and pass the test. If you follow the instructions and study like it says (and put the time in) you will pass.

Just buy the app. It’s better than the study books on Amazon and this allows you to practice for the joystick and UAV (parking lot).
My only complaint is that there are a couple typos but it’s the best study tool I’ve found for this test.Astar001

There are some errors in this but it is an amazing app. I was able to pick up E-6 because of an app similar to this so this style definitely works but the questions and answers may need some review.jnrlsr

Yes, there’s tons of gouge on air warriors but nothing is going to help you improve your UAV and Stick and Throttle portion like this app will. Spend the money. Buy it. Use it. Improve your scores.Not.Tucker.
Good app to use to compliment other Test Books
With the combination of Barron’s and this app, I was able to boost my OAR score by 10 points and increase my ASTB scores by 2-3 points. The only compliant about this app, which may be no fault of the developer is the UAV portion which seems to be a little inaccurate probably due to the Navy completing a massive update on the APEX system which houses the ASTB.Show lessSnake5434

I’m currently studying for the ASTB and this is a great learning tool. Well worth the money spent. Just some grammar and spelling issues to work out and even though I’m a rated pilot, I struggle with the “rear cockpit” portion because I naturally control the stick how an aircraft will fly but I am getting the hang of it. Well worth it, especially the UAV portion
For $8 it’s well worth it. You can use workbooks or look up gouge on top of just this app, but I’d recommend spending the money on this. The UAV test portion is about as close to the test as you can get. The lessons are good for review and test can give you explanations on some wrong answers. There are a few typos and incorrect answers sparingly throughout, but not a distraction at all.Show lessJames mudd

Instead of using out dated review books that have been passed around a couple friends trying to study for the test, I’ve found this app easy to use and great practice I can use at any time.Go___Navy!!
