I love this so far! I have only used the Program and announcement sections, but I am going to encourage our Ward leadership to utilize the ward business and conducting parts.
Definitely worth it to read through tutorials. There are a lot of helpful tips.

Thank you for the feedback!I was never able to link programs to my ward so I was never able to publish the programs. Also, the printed versions of the programs are not pleasing to the eye.

One thing I would ask is for our older members and those with visual differences to be able to use the “show reader” in Safari to see a simplified web page view. I’m hoping that’s a simple option to add to the web page view 🙏🏻
Also the default sheep has people scratching their heads. Let us choose the background at the ward level.

You can change the background for each bullet in the settings. Just hit the "Gear" icon in the top right while you're building your bullet and you can set it to anything!
All the bestIt’s a beautiful app that makes sacrament programs a breeze. Now I don’t have to lug my computer everywhere and update an outdated word document template every week. It also updates in real time for when there are last minute changes. It does it all! Every ward should use this app!
What a great app! I only would request one improvement - we have a bilingual ward and would love a built in line for searching the hymns by number in Spanish. Bonus points would be typing the hymn in English and auto-populating the equivalent hymn in Spanish.

This is a great App and nicely developed. It is simple, yet very flexible. Thank you to the amazing development of this very useful tool. This will save in printing cost, reduce errors and offer a better way for Ward members to keep connected.

I am trying to gain access as a Ward Clerk to have a consistent program every week with one barcode instead of making a new barcode every week but strangely don’t know any email or user that has the rights to our ward when no one knows or heard about until me now recently! Hello! All you need to do is create a bullet in the app and then hit the publish button. The first time you publish, it will walk you through requesting admin access -- which usually gets approved pretty quickly. Thank you!When I created a template for announcements and push the save button all my work disappeared and it did not save . Tried to copy and paste from our Google app but it also disappeared. I do not want to type in everything for the year! That is so tedious! Why doesn’t it save my announcements?

Thank you for your feedback. I just submitted a fix for the templates -- it should take just a couple of days to show up in the app store. Hope that it helps.
Also, once you start creating announcements, you can copy historical announcements from previous weeks with just a tap.

Hope that helps!I am just starting to use this app as I was just sustained as ward bulletin person, I think this is simple and the “younger” generation will appreciate the QR code and program online. However we have an older population and I will be printing several copies a week as well, is there anyway to get more program page 1 images added or a way that I can just add my own? Most of the images there would not be something I would use. I’m in FL so the images of the other temples would not be used. Etc. any fix for that? Thank you!!
Over the years I have had so many issues trying to find the best way for creating a Ward Bulletin (page layout programs, document templates, shared doc) each with their limitations (especially when trying to teach someone else how to make them). This app is very intuitive, I have only been using it a month but feel very comfortable using it (a complete program can be done from scratch in under 5 minutes including printing, from a smart phone). Cutting and pasting submitted announcements is a great time saver, or extracting text with camera. Adding a hyperlink for shared docs for special activities works great also. I’m just scratching the surface of what can be done with this app, I wish it was available 10 years ago when I first got involved creating bulletins.
