Easy peasy
I login in seconds with Apple TouchID then pay rent or submit a maintenance request in less than a minute. What’s not to like?
Trash.
No way to log in without being sent a link forcing you to open another app. The best part by far is that it takes 2-3 tries to log in. All around just horrible.
Keep the user logged in
Looks like the app was designed without any thought given to it at all. This isn’t a banking app that you log out the user the minute they close the app - there’s really no need to request a OTP to login every time. Just have a username/password setup and keep the user logged in.
Other than this ridiculous problem, the app does what its meant to do.

I’ve been using for 4 years and I enjoy this app!
Makes paying rent and submitting maintenance requests so much easier. Also I like how all the news is all in the app. You can also view your lease agreement there. Sometimes it does lag but that’s every app
Login is over complicated
Every time you login in they have to send you a verification email. Login fails when you use the app.
Cant even stay logged in
Who were the lazy underpaid developers hired to make this app that they didn’t even bother ensuring that users stay logged in. Its not a banking app, there is really no need to make the user login every-time they open the app. The login requires a OTP sent via email/text as well.
No notifications
No notifications. You have to log in every day to see if theres a package and get fined if you miss the package.
Terrible App Design
Genuinely awful app, login process is a nightmare. Ridiculous that you have to sign in through an email every time.
Worst App Everrr!!!
Tedious app and waste of time!
Annoying
Very annoying design. Instead of signing in with an email and password like everywhere else, let’s make you put in your email every-time and then wait for an email then click on a link in the email then go back to the app and then that have that tell you it doesn’t work anyway and to sign in a different way.
