Login does not work
Logging in does not work, and has not worked in a while
This app is awful
This app is so inconvenient and frustrating. Everytime you open it, you have to login to your account again. And to login, you have to click a link that is sent to your email. Every single time. And half the time that original link doesn’t work so you have to do it again. Once you do log in, everything is slower than the actual website on a desktop computer. At least on my computer I can stay logged in. I do not recommend this app at all

Good app after 2 months of use.
I’m not sure what the negative reviews are about. The app is functional and haven’t had a glitch yet.
There is no password required. This bothers some folks. Each time you login with your phone number, it sends you a text with a code. Entering the code let’s you login. This is just like 2 step verification except without a password. So, it’s fine but the app should probably explain this to folks so they are not upset.
Easy to set up Payments and pay once a month. What is not nice about the app and Venterra is that there is a charge for this app administration that is included in the bill. That is so greedy.

I could design a better platform with my eyes closed

Please update this app so I can use Face ID to log in. Why can’t I just save my information for next time? So annoying
Better off using the website
I just downloaded this like 10 minutes ago and already a horrendous user experience. When editing auto-pay details, the “cancel” button does not cancel the editing process; this cancels the auto-pay you just set up! Such a weird choice…why not have it in red so it’s obvious? Developers, please do better

It’s really annoying how you can’t just login with a username/email and password. You have to have a link emailed to you every single time to allow you to login in. This really needs to be updated
