Good app after 2 months of use.
I’m not sure what the negative reviews are about. The app is functional and haven’t had a glitch yet.
There is no password required. This bothers some folks. Each time you login with your phone number, it sends you a text with a code. Entering the code let’s you login. This is just like 2 step verification except without a password. So, it’s fine but the app should probably explain this to folks so they are not upset.
Easy to set up Payments and pay once a month. What is not nice about the app and Venterra is that there is a charge for this app administration that is included in the bill. That is so greedy.Show lessh2plushalfo2

Better off using the website
I just downloaded this like 10 minutes ago and already a horrendous user experience. When editing auto-pay details, the “cancel” button does not cancel the editing process; this cancels the auto-pay you just set up! Such a weird choice…why not have it in red so it’s obvious?
