Quit working
I have had nothing but trouble from day one. Have to constantly reboot or restart Blue tooth on my phone. Now Blue Tooth won’t work on the watch. Not impressedMommaSarge
Good but in conflict
Zewa-Fit gives me different numbers than my Fitbit. Which is more correct I can’t tell. I have more confidence in Zewa-Fit for practical numbers . But the other has more programs. I’m still wearing both after two years.Jishu1942
Not Senior Friendly
Got this from senior insurance OTC. It constantly loses itself. I have had to delete and reinstall the app three times this month. Won’t save my email after it was confirmed. I have rebooted, reinstalled….nothing helpsCrashes frequently
It’s a decent app when it works. Almost daily has to be deleted and reinstalled due to crashing so frequently. It can be a pill to connect to the device as well.Brandito82
Worst app ever
Every two weeks I have to delete the app and then reinstall it. Just not worth the trouble. I had to do it yet again and it's refusing to sync with my device..total waste of time.CoopersMom45
Worked for 5 days, now just crashes
Worked fine for five days. Updates of dat to phone were slow, but worked. As of this morning the crashes upon launch. Tried a phone restart, deleted the app and reinstalled, verified Bluetooth is on and connected. Nothing seems to fix it so far.vfxman222
App will not stay open
The app works well (except for sleep) for a week or two. Then when you open it, it immediately closes.
I’ve deleted the App 3 times and reinstalled it. Once again it will work fine for a week and then will not stay open. I’ve tried opening it from the APP Store but it just immediately closes.Forever Summer
Unreliable
Constantly crashes, reinstalled 4 times now. Password recovery is useless as it sends an email to any account entered. Only after resetting a password will the app reply, “email account does not exist. This is one of those “create it and forget it apps. UnreliableKevin in NJ
NO GOOD!!!!
Bought tracker yesterday, charged & set it up. Tracker worked. Down loaded app, created account and all worked correctly. I tried to use next morning, when I clicked icon to open app it appeared for a second and disappeared, I then deleted & downloaded again & now can’t login with account information I originally used. Tried multiple times. No luck, so I tried new account information, no luck. I quess I got duped into buying this piece of junk. Next time I buy a activity tracker I will surely read reviews. I will give this a 0 rating. Just wondering if company will respond to this review.Show lessSenrab eoj
Only parts of it work
Sleeping never is accurate, almost never tracks. Sleeping in daytime doesn’t measure.
I put my correct weight in, but it changes it to .1 pound less.10_04twin2
