Watch owner

I’ve had this watch for a while; but I think it’s still under the two-year warranty
It’s always been
accurate and good
BUT EVER SINCE THIS LAST UPDATE, I AM IN CALIFORNIA AND WITH THE THREE HOUR TIME DIFFERENCE WITH YOU IN FLORIDA MY WATCH STOPS, COUNTING MY STEPS AND EVERYTHING AS OF 4 O’CLOCK MY TIME WHICH IS 7 O’CLOCK YOUR TIME AND IT’S VERY FRUSTRATING. I HAVE UNBind THIS THING I DON’T KNOW HOW MANY TIMES
I SEE YOU PUT A CORRECTION IN JUST YESTERDAY THAT STILL HASN’T FIXED MY WATCH. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR APP OR IF MY WATCH IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. SEND ME A NEW ONE IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY WATCH.
Otherwise, I guess I’ll have to look at a different watch to purchase because this isn’t keeping track of everything that I need for my medical condition

Switches date at 7 pm.

Soon after daylight savings time switched back to standard eastern time the app started switching to the next date at 7:00 PM. This caused the app to quit adding steps util the next morning. Please fix this problem. We liked the app when it’s working properly.

Same problem as Docjed

The app had always worked fine for me until this update. Now suddenly it shows connected but doesn't transfer the data from the watch. Then, when I followed the instructions to fix the issue, I got stuck in an endless loop of "no permission to use Bluetooth. Go to settings to give permission to use Bluetooth," tapping on the given button, being taken inside the security settings for the app, and finding no option for turning on Bluetooth access. I also checked my Bluetooth app list; it's not available there. I tried completely deleting the app and all its Health app data, but the issue was unresolved.

Please fix! I rely heavily on this gift from my insurance company because I can't afford an Apple Watch or FitBit on my fixed limited income. Thank you.

App update

I had no problems connecting to the app till this update. It will connect then it says connected but shows no data unless I remove and reinstall it and set it up as brand new. This problem has made the device useless

Quit working

I have had nothing but trouble from day one. Have to constantly reboot or restart Blue tooth on my phone. Now Blue Tooth won’t work on the watch. Not impressed

Good but in conflict

Zewa-Fit gives me different numbers than my Fitbit. Which is more correct I can’t tell. I have more confidence in Zewa-Fit for practical numbers . But the other has more programs. I’m still wearing both after two years.

Not Senior Friendly

Got this from senior insurance OTC. It constantly loses itself. I have had to delete and reinstall the app three times this month. Won’t save my email after it was confirmed. I have rebooted, reinstalled….nothing helps

Crashes frequently

It’s a decent app when it works. Almost daily has to be deleted and reinstalled due to crashing so frequently. It can be a pill to connect to the device as well.

Worst app ever

Every two weeks I have to delete the app and then reinstall it. Just not worth the trouble. I had to do it yet again and it's refusing to sync with my device..total waste of time.

Worked for 5 days, now just crashes

Worked fine for five days. Updates of dat to phone were slow, but worked. As of this morning the crashes upon launch. Tried a phone restart, deleted the app and reinstalled, verified Bluetooth is on and connected. Nothing seems to fix it so far.
