Stop syncing
My zewa worked fine tracking my step, sleep and time. It has stop doing these things and will not even update daylight savings. How can I fix this?kust looking
Won’t update
Keeps telling me update failed, even though fully charged. This morning, it’s telling me I’ve done zero steps despite the fact that I’ve walked the dogs, swept the floor and done many other tasks. I’ve had this watch for about 2 months but it seems to be failing.shauno711

I just received this fitness activity watch and the app worked fine for the first few days and now it’s not working, it keeps kicking me out of it.bluejm056

Bad app
After several calls to Zewa-Fit, I thought the bugs were gone. I was wrong. The app opens then closes right away. I am tired of trying to make this work, I am going to take it off and be done with it. When it worked it was ok but being a diabetic I need something that will always work. This is not it. A nuisance
The app crashes the day after reloading. It’s such a disappointment. The watch itself seems to work well.hastenc

The app continues to crash when I try to view my sleep breakdown. The device also ran some disconnects and loses data.Grim0617
Keep crashing and closed
The Ziwa fit app only works for a day after pairing. After that, every time I clicked on the app, it would open for a second then disappear right away.
I deleted and reinstalled twice but same problem again.
