Disappointed
I’m glad I didn’t spend money on this. It was a gift & I was pretty excited about it. But, Every time I open the app to control the vacuum, it says it’s not online. I have connected it too many times. I also am not impressed with the vacuum itself. It leaves a lot of stuff behind like it’s suction is very minimal.

Needs work
It’s annoying to have it keep asking you to login. I mean come on it’s a vacuum cleaner, not your bank account. Also, if you move it to a different floor, it completely loses ALL the zoning and room information for your original floor.
Terrible
This machine won’t even charge as it sits at its doc station until you try to use it. When it starts it will go directly to the last place it got stuck. Also, if you are a person with long hair, you’ll have to spend ten minutes detangling all the wheels after each use. I promise it is so much easier to just sweep the floor than it is to use this terrible, malfunctioning device.

Stopped sending Notifications
I can’t tell you how many emails I have sent to Neabot support about issues I find. Nothing ever gets fixed. It’s sad because your vacuum works great but the apps are terrible. Using this app, I no longer receive any notifications with the vacuum and believe this Hass to be something to do with iOS 16. I never had any issues receiving notifications and they have now stopped and I have tried this on three separate iPhones and two different iPads, and none receive any notifications. Although I have tried using the new app that Neabot recommends the Neakasa app which I find to be a downgrade. It no longer has a “ no mop area” which I find crazy because this vacuum is supposed to do mopping, but you can’t sit in Area tonight mop like you could with the Neabot app. Anytime I email support with an app issue. I’m told the same response that they will let Engineering know but nothing ever gets fixed and there’s never any updates. Start listening sooner or later. People are no longer going to buy your robot vacuums due to the lack of support.

Worst app ever
Having to check a box for license agreement EVERY time you login is ridiculous. Didn’t the company ever write a user friendly program?
English is so badly done, the directions make no sense.
Beware of this poor poor poor software. I unfortunately bought the Nono m1 plus.

Great machines, horrible app
One of the few apps that I constantly need to “re-login” after every update. Poorly design and confusing interface with sometimes questionable English. Too many clicks to do anytbing.
Most importantly password security is HORRIBLE. If you use randomized passwords with numbers and symbols it will probably be “too complicated” and not accepted. The @ and $ are great examples.

This Broken App Makes my $400 Useless
I used this app successfully from October 2022-December 2022. Now, the app just sends me to the log in page in a loop.
Great Hardware. Garbage software
Amazing vacuum but the app is absolute trash. Constantly disconnects, kicks me out and now it keep stating no internet connectivity. Developer: please readjust your focus to fix the app first! Can’t even use the vacuum now since I can’t log in.

Why hasn’t this app been updated in over 8 months? Great vacuum terrible software.
