  • Please fix an App I wanted to keep this Robot (Neabot 2)

    Three stars is for an App only

    I just got the Neabot vacuum and mop with automatic dust collector for a few days and I love it but this App is really bad to use . The user friendly buttons is not organized good and icons is hard to know what they are until I clicked on it . when the Robot is running out of water it’s doesn’t send me a notification or the robot itself says anything either , besides other stuffs like , got stuck , put dust collector in robot to run …..
    This robot should gets a 5 stars if the App is good , Tuyu app for other brand of robot that looks and works just like this Neabot 2 it’s App is way way better and very easy and understands .

  • Nice hardware terrible software

    It will not use 5G Wi-Fi - only 2.4 Wi-Fi (in today’s world)??? It takes the record for the clumsiest software install in many years. I used their web mail form asking for assistance. 24 hours later - no response. So now I have a really nice robot vacuum, most of whose features I cannot use.
  • App is awful

    The robot itself is nice but the software is awful and useless. Bought Neabot a couple weeks ago. Worked pretty well for about a week. Now it is offline and won’t connect to the network. I have uninstalled and reinstalled via wifi and then finally deleted the app to reinstall on my phone and try that. Now I can’t even log in at all because the robot is not connected. So now I’m stuck. Save your money.

  • App does not work

    Cannot get the Neabot to connect to my WiFi I tried everything even u tubed it nothing worked. It’s ashame that now I have to send the machine back to Amazon does me no good if I can’t use the app to have it clean on its own after all that’s why I paid so much for it. Save your money. It’s also ashame that there is no number to call to try to get technical support.

    I hate that I have to sign in every time I open the app. This needs to be fixed.
  • Can’t use $500 robot because of the HORRIBLE app

    I create an account on the web browser when I purchased the robot. When I open the app, it says I do not have an account so I must register. I don’t know how it knows that because I do. I tried using the same information as my account, which does recognize me online, with my purchase, but the app says no user exists. So I tried creating an account with that same email, trying to get a verification code, which it says was sent successfully… But neither my spam or my email folders have found any. After five attempts! I have tried to load delete reload the app, no success. I have used the correct app, not the Home one as they instructed. However it does not open to a main screen it looks unusual even after deleting it.
    Frustrating having to wait for email support and not having a phone number to talk to a person. Having a feeling I will time out with patients and returns. It looks great, stronger and sturdier than a different brand that I presently have… Which only took me five minutes to set up. And by the way, I work with technology every day helping people set up third-party apps so I am quite familiar with the process. This is NOT a good app.

    I’ll update my review if the app starts working and I can connect the robot.

  • Dust Management (Seriously!)

    Dust management is a joke, there are no options but to never empty. It takes most of 2 hours to clean house, with the smaller dust bin I imagine is full of carpet fibers within an hour. The next hour of cleaning is just blowing dirt around with the dust bin already full. Whoever took the dust management out with the 30-60-90 minute options sure knows how to kill robovac sales. The lack of this option may result in my sending this one back!

  • Nice unit garbage software

    It’s sad that such a nice quiet robot vacuum is neglected by its software. I can’t even get the software to remember my password from use to use.
  • Does not work on iPhone 13 pro max

    Does not detect your wifi on iPhone 13 pro max to pair the robot. I installed the app on my iPad and it works on iPad. Had to share the robot from my account on iPad to my iPhone as it does not appear when logging into account on iPhone. Everything seems to work on iPad. After sharing on iPhone, the map management does not work either

  • Needs multi device login & Face ID login

    App is okay. Needs to login quicker and on multiple devices simultaneously.
