ATM GLITCHES
The select Bills function on ATM’s is very awkward as it appears to have a Ming’s of its own- racking up unwanted singles frequently…
It is not a user “ learning curve” issue - it is a improper program within the withdrawal functions of the programming.
The name change also HAD A NEGATIVE EFFECT ON MY CREDIT RATING !!!!!!!!!!’n

Latest update
I’ve been a fan of the B&H app until the update I just completed. It keeps giving me an error on the update and the interface is not good. The previous version was MUCH better. The screen for seeing our accounts is too large and you can’t properly see the dashboard like you used to. Not a great update B&H! Please fix

I Trust my Burke & Herbert Bank
I get fantastic service every time I need it in person and on the phone with everything I need to get done.🤩😃❣️I would not want any other Bank handeling my account and they advised me in strengthening my account for my future use 🥰
Good app, when it works
The app is useful - when it works. For the past year or so this app has consistently not worked, and I’ve had to re-download it many times just to get it to work (which is always doesn’t.) I am not sure why this keeps happening on an updated iPhone.
Difficult mobile app
This is the most difficult online banking site i have had to navigate. Also they pull your funds sometimes the day before the date you have in bill pay and some local utility places they mail a check to which takes another 7-8 days.
Great improvements over the years
This app has gone from clunky to adequate to excellent over the years. I no longer need to use the website because the app can now do everything I need.
This app stopped working (AGAIN) (and AGAIN)
One week ago, I was unable to open the app. This has remained the status ever since. According to this product page, my iPhone 8 is still being serviced by the app — which is contrary to what an ignorant, dismissive online banking rep in the bank told me. Why is this app not working for me? It’s so frustrating. UPDATE For about a month, the app has worked. I don’t know why it did. NOW (08 October 2024) It’s stopped working again. I “download” it, but then when I try to open it… nothing. It’s hung up. Nothing happens for long minutes and then it just stops. What’s going on? My phone is an iPhone 8 and my OS is up-to-date.
And ten days later (18 Oct 2024) this app, once again, hangs for long minutes and then stops trying to connect with the server when I try to log in. My Wi-Fi is strong. It’s really annoying. What’s happening?

LOVE THIS APP
I am a longtime customer of this bank and I love this bank and this app. This app allows you to transfer money to and from external accounts. It also allows you to tag and categorize your transactions to attach a photo to each transaction. It is easy and quick to search through the transactions define just what you want. This is the best bank app I’ve ever used.
