Absolutely Love this zoo I always mange to gain more knowledge and hands on experience up front with the animals. I love all the new stuff they are doing with the zoo and the animals enclosures. Overall it’s extremely gorgeous, well put together environment that’s extremely kid friendly.

The Zoo is amazing! It’s very clean! The staff is very friendly. There are plenty of places to res and to eat! Loved it!

I’ve been living in Tampa for a while now and decided to go with my family for the first time a week ago. loved this place so much, that I bought the yearly membership for the family.
Zoo Good - App Not.
You’d think that they would create an app to make life easier so you can just use the app?? Nope. So much of the links/info is just a link back to their own website. Why bother creating an app for that.
Can’t buy tickets/events/items in the app - all link back to website.

Zoo Tampa, awesome!
Zoo has a lot for the kids. Animals can be seen with proximity. Close encounters are nice!Try to go to the animal feeding and shows to get more of animal encounters.
